LSC is proud to be a "pay leader" in public education. We expect the best for our scholars and we have high expectations for the staff who are entrusted with making #TheLibertyDifference. At LSC, teacher salary schedules are reset every year through a regional study while non-teacher salary schedules are reset every three years through the same regional study. We are committed to pay equity & transparency.

LSC's Compensation Philosophy 

One of the hallmarks of the LSC Educational Model, which makes it unique and unlike any other in our area, is that we have two teachers to facilitate rigorous and scholar-centered learning in all Primary Academy classrooms. 

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package for all our instructional team members.
