Dear Liberty Families,
What a proud moment for the Liberty family! Tameko Wilson, Lead STEAM Enrichment Teacher for fourth and fifth grades, brings more than 20 years of educational experience to Liberty STEAM Charter School. Now in her fourth year teaching Project Lead The Way (PLTW) Launch, she creates hands-on learning experiences that encourage scholars to explore, innovate, and solve real-world problems through the engineering design process.
Through her work, scholars develop curiosity, perseverance, and confidence while learning that mistakes are opportunities for growth. Tameko exemplifies Liberty's commitment to being Forward Focused and Rooted to Rise, preparing scholars to become tomorrow's thinkers, problem-solvers, and innovators.
