LSC parents, scholars and staff are invited to join us to lay wreaths on the graves of local veterans on Saturday, Dec. 18, from noon until 2 p.m. at Sumter Cemetery located at 700 W. Oakland Avenue. Contact Dr. Ivey if you're interested at 803-316-7849.

Join us in supporting the 2021 Holiday Eagle Giving Tree This annual campaign provides individuals and organizations an opportunity to make a one-time donation for the mission and needs of Liberty STEAM Charter School scholars and teachers. When you give, an Eagle will be added to our Academy Holiday Eagle Tree with your name on it and sponsorship information. STEP 1: Make your donations by December 20th via the LSC website or drop a check off at the LSC Administrative Office at 117 North Main Street. STEP 2: Donate via the Kindful Giving website. Our main goal is to keep all of the scholars and staff healthy and well in order to have in-person learning at all times possible. We need our parents and guardians to be our biggest supporters in this so that we maintain this goal for everyone in our academy’s community. If it is believed to be Covid related, please take all necessary steps to have a scholar evaluated further by a medical professional within your likings as the parent/guardian. Contacting me will allow for protection of privacy and I will make the proper contacts to administration, and they will activate the Covid protocol to notify all individuals that need to be contacted for exposure information all while keeping information confidential. Staff will then be in contact with you for further information as far as returning to LSC along with procedures for obtaining the materials needed for learning.
